Ingredients
360ml whole milk
3 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons oil
2 whole eggs
1 level spoon (coffee) of salt
1 beaten egg for brushing the bread
1 sachet of 10 grams of dry yeast
Directions
- Add milk, eggs, oil, sugar to the blender and beat well.
Add the baking soda in a container, pour the blender mixture and mix very well.
Add a little flour and mix well.
Add the rest of the flour, salt and mix until the dough is smooth and uniform. - Pass the bread dough to a form of English cake or another form of your preference greased and infarcted.
Flatten the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 40 minutes.
Finish by brushing a beaten egg on top. - Place the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 25 minutes, until it is lightly browned on the outside and dry on the inside.
- Wait for the bread to get warm or cold, remove it from the mold by passing a knife along the sides of the mold to facilitate the process and the blender bread is ready.
