Ingredients
4 bananas
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon yeast
1 cup of raisins (raisins)
1/2 cup oat flour (tea)
Oat flour for greasing
Coconut oil for greasing
Cinnamon powder to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs, chopped bananas, raisins and ground cinnamon to taste in a blender.
Beat for 30 seconds and add the oat flour, baking soda and beat for another 1 minute. - Unite a roast with coconut oil and oat flour, pour the dough into it and spread it out well.
Then place the cake to bake at 200º₢ for approximately 40 minutes. - Carefully remove the banana fit cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
Unmold onto a plate or platter and the recipe is ready to eat.
