Gluten-free and low in calories, the fit banana brownie is perfect for anyone who wants a light snack without giving up on flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 3 bananas

  • 100 grams of 70% cocoa chocolate

  • 5 grams of cinnamon powder

  • 5 grams of chemical baking powder

Directions

  • Mash the bananas well in a bowl. 
    Add the 70% cocoa chocolate melted in a water bath or in the microwave and mix very well. 
    Beat the egg, add to the mixture and stir until homogenized.
  • Add the baking soda, cinnamon powder and mix delicately. 
    Then transfer the dough to a greased shape and sprinkled with chocolate powder.
  • Bake the brownie for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢. 
    Carefully remove from the oven.
  • Unmold the fit brownie after it is warm or cold on a plate or platter, add the syrup of your choice on top and the recipe is ready to serve.
