Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (230 grams)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine (50 grams)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of oat flour (135 grams)
1 cup (80 grams) brown sugar or other sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (3 grams)
Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- Mash the bananas and set aside.
In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and beat well.
Add the butter or margarine, salt and beat again.
Add the mashed bananas and mix well. - Add the oatmeal and stir again.
Add the yeast and stir to homogenize.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish. - Sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar over the dough and bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Remove the banana cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Run a knife along the sides of the pan to unmold it more easily and the banana cake is ready to serve.
