Ingredients

  • Pudding
  • 04 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 02 cups of sugar

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 02 cups of wheat flour

  • 01 liter of milk

  • Caramel
  • 1+1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions

  • Caramel
  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 +1/2 cup of sugar;
  • Add 1/2 cup of water gradually, while mixing;
  • Turn off the heat and mix;
  • Add the caramel in the mold and spread on the sides;
  • Pudding
  • In a blender, add 04 eggs;
  • Add 04 tablespoons of butter or margarine;
  • Add 02 cups of sugar;
  • Beat for 3 minutes;
  • Add 01 liter of milk;
  • Add 1/2 cup of shredded coconut;
  • Add 02 cups of wheat flour little by little, while beating;
  • Add the dough in the form;
  • Cover with aluminum foil;
  • Add the shape inside a larger shape;
  • Add boiling water in the larger pan (bain marie);
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
