Ingredients
1 piece of bacon (120 grams)
1 chopped onion
2 cups of cassava flour
4 grated garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Melt the butter or margarine in a large pan or skillet, add the diced bacon and fry for a while, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped onion, mix a little and add the grated garlic.
Let it brown a little more, always stirring well. - Add the manioc flour, hot paprika and salt.
Stir constantly until golden and the bacon farofa is ready to eat.
