Ingredients
4 whole eggs
2 apples
2 cups (tea) wheat flour (280 grams)
2 cups (tea) of sugar (380 grams)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (05 grams)
1 tablespoon (soup) of chemical baking powder (15 grams)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup (tea) oil (120 ml)
Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling to taste
Directions
- In a blender place the oil, eggs, salt, apple peels and sugar.
Beat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is homogeneous.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder and diced apples.
Mix well and pour into a greased mold with margarine and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. - Take the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
Take the toothpick test to check if it’s well baked inside and carefully remove from the oven. - After the apple cake is between lukewarm and cold, unmold it on a platter or plate.
Finish by sprinkling granulated or icing sugar and powdered cinnamon on top and the apple cake is ready to serve.
