Although Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City is the most populated in this country. It is also known as Saigon and this name will take us on an interesting journey through a fusion with Mexican dishes.

The flight begins at the Reclusa restaurant/gallery, at Rio Ebro 85 in Cuauhtémoc, where for the second time Tacos Saigón make an “intervention” and every Saturday they will present their ecleptic Mexican-Asian menu.
